7. Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable.
8. Governing Law:  For any agreements, contracts, or disputes related to our services will be determined by the laws of Nigeria. This means that any interpretation, enforcement, or legal matters arising from our contracts will be governed by Nigerian law. In case of any disputes, the parties involved agree to resolve them within the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts unless otherwise mutually agreed upon. This ensures consistency and clarity in legal proceedings related to our services and operations.
